I'm hoping it's that, I seem to be baking better at uni with a different oven. I'll see next year when I can use a better oven if it's really me (though frankly it's kind of surreal, the instructions are all add X ingredient, stir, add Y ingredient, stir, pour in pan, throw in the oven, it's really sad that I can't seem to even manage that?!).
